Derek Phillips
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Derek is responsible for the overall business strategy and performance. He continues to build an effective management team and drive results. He has extensive experience within the telecommunications sector and takes pride in the fact that the connectivity solutions delivered by Clarus have been implemented on some of the most high-profile construction projects in the UK. Derek believes that the success of Clarus is owed to the entire team. He believes that each person involved has played an integral part in business’s continued growth and respected reputation within its field.
Debra Phillips

Debra’s main role is to look after the overall financial management of projects. She ensures the optimum pricing structure is agreed to sustain a profitable business while remaining competitive in the marketplace and maintain client satisfaction.
Debra has extensive experience of client relationship and major contract management within the construction and civil engineer sectors

Simpson
FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Jo provides financial advice and support to key decision makers within the business. This includes business guidance, P&L management and ensuring financial practices are in line with regulatory requirements. By implementing accounting solutions and cash flow management systems, Jo ensures the business continues to be profitable and successful.
Clare
Henderson
FINANCE MANAGER
One of the longest serving team members, Clare has been with Clarus for several years.
She is responsible for the financial management of customer contracts throughout their life cycle. This includes the collation of client contracts, invoice generation and credit control. Clare also provides account management support to several key clients.
Josh
Fleming
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Josh is responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. He oversees all operational aspects of live contracts. His duties include the purchasing of equipment, network design and managing our regional installation teams. He is responsible for addressing technical support, liaising with customers and decommissioning systems for re-deployment.
Andrew
Orr
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
Andrews primary role is the day-to-day management of our Major Accounts as well as identifying and acquiring new customers. He oversees the full sales process ensuring that customer demands are met in a timely manner. Andrew has previously worked in Global Major Accounts roles with managed service providers and understands the need for great customer service while maintaining profitable growth.

Dalgleish
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Jacqui’s primary role is to ensure the business adheres to its statutory regulatory requirements. She is responsible for GDPR compliance and also maintains the businesses multiple certifications such as ISO9001, ISO 18001, ISO45001, CHAS, SSIP and Constructionline.
Alex McGhee
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Alex supports our Operations Manager, Josh, in the coordination and completion of projects. He supports all operational aspects of live contracts. His duties include the purchasing of equipment, network design and managing our regional installation teams. He is responsible for addressing technical support, liaising with customers and decommissioning systems for re-deployment.
Jamie Duncan
MARKETING DIRECTOR
With over 10 years working in the IT sector, Jamie primarily manages the company’s online presence. His responsibilities include the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, website development, branding and content creation for all channels, helping Clarus reach the the companies that it has been set up to support.

Our Perthshire based team cover all sites across Scotland. This covers the Highlands and Islands including Shetland and Orkney, all the way down to the Scottish Borders.

England & Wales
Installation Team
Based out of our Manchester and London offices, our team of engineers cover all projects across all English Counties and all of Wales.
